RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
Due to the limited quantities and time consuming, handcrafted nature of my work, all sales are final.
If need be, I invite you to reach out to me with any questions about a specific piece you are interested in, in order to feel fully confident in your decision to purchase! You can also arrange a zoom call or private studio visit to view or try on pieces beforehand by emailing hello@micahclasper-torch.com
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
I cannot accept returns or exchanges for Artwork for Custom Orders.
For wearables and accessories including Punch Needle Coats and Handbags, please email hello@micahclasper-torch.com within 72 hours of receiving the piece with a description of your concerns. Undamaged, unworn/unused returns may be considered on a case by case basis for store credit applied towards a future piece.
DAMAGED WORK:
If you notice damage upon unpacking your piece, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the piece with digital images of the damage. You will be asked to ship the piece back to me, and upon receipt and inspection, options will be as follow:
Depending on the damage, I will endeavor to make repairs. In certain occasions remaking/replicating the piece may be possible. In this case, the new or repaired piece will be shipped back to you free of charge.
In the event that I am unable to repair or replicate the piece you will be issued a credit for the full amount of the item to be used towards other items in my shop.
